Who We Are

We are a private company that has been in business since June of 1992.

Although a number of the items shown on this web site were originally part of a private collection, we have branched out into the marketing of collectibles in 2000 and hence this web site.

Our Objective.

It is very straight forward. We offer our customers the service that they deserve - the very best. We listen to feedback from our customers and improve on our service when and where ever we can. We are in this for the long haul.

This web site has been designed for ease of navigation. Over time, we have and will continue to increase the types and number of collectibles shown on the web site.

Our Policy Regarding Information Provided by Customers

The only personal information that we request through the order form is as follows:

  • The customer's name.
  • The customer's full mailing address (for delivery purposes).
  • The customer's telephone number (if we need to verbally communicate about the order).
  • The customer's e-mail address to confirm the order.
  • Although this makes for more labor intensive interactions on our part when taking and finalizing orders, the customers' information is much more secure as it is not kept in a database on a server. Furthermore, we pledge not to sell to or share this information with any other person, company or organization.

    Item Selection

    As you visit our different web pages, please write down on a sheet of paper the "Description" of each item you wish to purchase, the "Stock Number" of each item, the "Price" and the "Quantity". To be sure, please check the stock number info "twice". When you are ready to order, link to the Order Form and key in the following information:

  • Your full name.
  • Your mailing address (where the item is to be delivered).
  • Your telephone number, including area code and country code if applicable.
  • Your e-mail address.
  • For each item, fill in the following information on each row under the following headings:

  • Description
  • Stock Number
  • Price
  • Quantity
  • About 95% of the items that we show are in SINGLE quantity. It will be first come, first served. Once you have keyed in all the required information, submit the order form to us.

    Once we receive your order form, we will determine what the actual shipping costs will be using regular post and express post methods of shipment. Then, we will send you an e-mail quoting you the cost options (cost of item or items and shipping combined). If you wish another method of shipment, e.g. Fedex, Purolater, UPS, we will get you a quote on that method. The vast majority of our customers choose the regular post - it is slower, but much cheaper. All payments are in US funds. We do not apply handling charges to our sales.

    Methods of Payment

    We accept the following methods of payment:

  • MasterCard - THIS OPTION IS NOT AVAIALBLE AT THIS TIME.
  • VISA - THIS OPTION IS NOT AVAIALBLE AT THIS TIME.
  • Personal or Company Check
  • International Money Order
  • If paying by personal check, company check or international money order, please reply to our e-mail quote saying that you wish to confirm the purchase of the item or items, method of shipment preferred and the method of payment - personal check, company check or international money order. Once done, please mail out your payment. Orders paid by valid international money order will be shipped on the next business day following the receipt of the money order. Orders paid by check will be subject to a clearing period of approximately 3 weeks following the receipt of the check.

    THE FOLLOWING OPTION IS NOT AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. If paying by credit card, MasterCard or VISA, please reply to our e-mail quote saying that you wish to confirm the purchase of the item or items, method of shipment preferred and the method of payment - credit card. Once done, please link to the Credit Card Purchases form and complete as directed. Orders paid by credit card whose charge is approved by the credit card company will be shipped on the next business day.

    Return of Goods Policy

    This policy supersedes and replaces any and all warranties or guaranties that may be expressed or implied, either on the outside of the packages containing the products or as insert documents on the inside of the packages.

    We package our items very well. Since starting in the business, we have not had a single item damaged in transit even though we have shipped throughout North America, Europe and Australia. However, we insure every item being shipped in the event there is damage sustained in transit. Should your item arrive in a damaged condition, please contact Collectables-galore.com by e-mail at jpyziak@live.com as soon as the item is opened and determined as damaged. A digital photograph should be appended to the e-mail showing the actual damage sustained in transit. We will process a claim from our end to ensure that you are fully reimbursed for the purchase (purchase price and shipping costs) once the postal authorities or other carrier, as applicable, establish that the item was damaged in transit.

    In the event that you wish to return an item, other than one damaged in transit, refunds or credits will be processed to you under the following conditions:

    ° The customer notifies Collectables-galore.com by e-mail at jpyziak@live.com within 15 calendar days of receiving their order that they wish to return the purchased item or items.
    ° The customer's payment must have cleared the bank or credit card company.
    ° The purchased item must be returned to Collectables-galore.com (mailing address is found at the top of the Home Page) in the same condition it was sent to the customer. Damaged items will not be accepted for refunds except as provided for in the section describing "having received a damaged item".
    ° The shipping cost of returning the item is at the customer's expense.
    ° If the item is returned in the same condition that it was shipped, the customer will receive a refund - by check, if their purchase was made by check or money order - by credit to the customer's credit card, if their purchase was made by credit card.
    ° If a refund is approved, it will be limited to the purchase price of the item. Cost of shipping is not refundable.
